Trans-Abdominoplasty Breast Augmentation (TABA)

It is a procedure, combining abdominoplasty and breast augmentation, through the unique abdominal incision. TABA is indicated for women who need abdominoplasty with minimal breast ptosis. The advantages is first, breast is augmented without any incisions or scars on it, second the same recovery time for both procedures
After markings, abdominal skin fatty complex is excised. A central tunnel is created up to the xyphoid, then two tunnels are created toward the breast. The retro mammary or the retro muscular pocket is completed. Implants are inserted, closure and finishing of abdominoplasty.
