Ear surgery, also known as otoplasty, improves the shape, position or proportions of the ear structure. Protruded ears is the main indication for otoplasty, mainly in children after 5 years’ age.
During this procedure, the cartilage is remodeled, through an incision behind the ear, some small manipulations are done. After that the ear position will be close to the head.
