Buccal fat pad is a rounded mass of fat, located in the middle of cheek, between facial muscles.
The goal of buccal fat removal is to thin the cheeks, and define facial angles. This will pronounce more check bones and jowls
The pad is removed through an incision inside the cheek, that will be sutured with absorbable sutures.
