Weight fluctuations, pregnancies, breastfeeding and gravity, stretch the skin, this contribute to sagging of the breast. The nipples point downward and fall below breast areola stretches and widens.

According to measurements and markings, in sitting position, excess skin is removed, breast tissue is reshaped to raise them upward, nipple size and position are corrected. If the patients desires implants can be placed, to achieve more volume and fullness.

Duration: About 3 hours

General or Local + Sedation.
Stay:

Outpatient or one night.
Recovery :
  • Patients must wear medical bra for one month and avoid excessive movements of shoulders.
  • Temporary bruising and swelling may appear. Scars fade with topical creams.
Result: If no more pregnancies or weight fluctuations the result is for many years or permanent .Breast feeding is conserved.

Recovery :
  • After the procedure, some swelling, bruising and pain may appear.
  • Medications are prescribed to control them.
  • Patient need to wear tight compression garment for one to two months.
Result: Swelling subsides within few weeks. The skin retracts gradually. Final result is usually after 4 months. I advise to keep on stable weight, for a permanent beautiful shape maintenance.
