Breast augmentation increases fullness and projection, assume some lift to mild drooped breast.
Silicone gel filled implants, or fat transfer from the same patient, are used.. The incision is under the breast and very small: 3-4 cm. the implant is placed over or under the pectoral muscles, depending on the breast shape and volume. The size and the type of implant (round or anatomic) is chosen with the patient according to chest dimensions and her desire.
When using fat, it is injected under the skin or under the gland, but not inside glandular tissues.
